Lemon Roasted Chicken

INGREDIENTS (4 people):- 1 kg of chopped chicken
- 2 lemons
- 2 onions
- Black pepper
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper

IN JULIANA: Peel the onion and cut it in half. Then, support it on the flat surface and make longitudinal cuts, of the thickness you want.

When you put the lemons in the oven, you can also add some peeled garlic, but remove them a few minutes before they burn.
